These terms govern your use of AlifBay Billing ("the Service"), operated by AlifBay Apps ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
The Service
AlifBay Billing lets small businesses create GST invoices and quotations, share them via WhatsApp and public links, track payments, and export GST reports. The free plan includes up to 3 invoices per month; the Pro plan (see Pricing) removes limits and adds features.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be legally capable of entering contracts to use the Service.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful billing of genuine business transactions.
- Do not issue fraudulent or misleading invoices, misrepresent GST details, or use the Service to deceive anyone.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the Service.
Your data and responsibility for compliance
You own the data you enter. The Service computes CGST/SGST/IGST splits and produces GSTR-1-style summaries as a convenience, but you are solely responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and your tax filings. The Service is not a substitute for professional tax advice — verify reports with your accountant before filing.
Subscriptions and payment
Pro subscriptions are billed through Razorpay on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime; see our Refunds & Cancellation policy. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
Availability and warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We recommend downloading PDF copies of important invoices.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or tax penalties arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
