Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Free plan

The free plan requires no payment — nothing to refund or cancel.

Cancelling Pro

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time by emailing support@alifbay.in. Cancellation stops future charges; your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the free plan. Your data is never deleted on downgrade — you just return to free-plan limits for new invoices.

Refunds

• First purchase: if you are unhappy with Pro for any reason, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Renewals: renewal payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
• Billing errors: duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded in full — contact us with the payment reference.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
